Pop corn o palomitas de maíz picante

Ingredientes

  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de canola
  • ½ taza de granos de maíz para pop corn
  • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 1/2 cucharaditas Sriracha (salsa picante)
  • 1 pizca de sal al gusto

Preparación

  1. Se calienta un sartén hondo y se agrega el aceite de canola.
  2. Colocar los granos de maíz y tapar.
  3. Cuando los granos comiencen a estallar, se espera unos minutos hasta cese el sonido, se retira del fuego y se coloca en un bowl.
  4. Para darle el picor se derrite mantequilla y se le agrega la cantidad de salsa picante que se desee.
  5. Luego se añade esta mezcla a los pop corns.
  6. Se revuelve bien y para dar sazón se espolvorea una pizca de sal.
