Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de harina
  • 1 barra mantequilla cortada en trozos
  • 1/2 taza azúcar en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharadita vainilla
  • 2 cucharadas harina de trigo
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar
  • 2 cucharadas ralladura de limón
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 2 huevos
  • 1/3 taza zumo de limón

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 180ºC.
  2. Engrasar un pyrex con aceite en aerosol
  3. Mezclar la harina, azúcar en polvo y sal en un bowl.
  4. Mezclar los trozos de mantequilla y amasar hasta obtener una mezcla que se desmorone.
  5. Presionar esta masa en el fondo del pyrex y llevar al horno por 20 minutos o hasta que dore.
  6. Para el relleno, mezclar huevos, azúcar, harina y sal.
  7. Añadir la ralladura y el zumo de limón y mezclar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
  8. Verter sobre la masa todavía caliente y hornear por 20 minutos o hasta que la mezcla cuaje.
  9. Deje enfriar y espolvoree con azúcar en polvo.
