Ingredientes

  • 1 Taza de leche de almendras sin azúcar
  • 2 Paquetes de majarete instantáneo (puede usar también pudín de vainilla)
  • 1 ½ Taza de puré de auyama
  • 1 Cucharadita de canela
  • ½ Cucharadita de nuez moscada
  • 8 Onzas crema batida
  • 1 Paquete de galletas tipo maría
  • ½ Barra de mantequilla (temperatura ambiente)
  • Crema de caramelo líquido
  • Nueces picadas

Preparación

  1. En una ollita llevar la leche a calentar y agregar la mezcla de majarete, dejar que se cocine un poco, luego retirar del fuego, entonces mezclar con el puré de auyama más las especias (canela y nuez moscada).
  2. Mezclar bien. Agregar a esta mezcla 1 ½ taza de la crema batida y volver a mezclar.
  3. Aparte, triturar las galletas, mezclar con la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente y colocar de fondo en el molde.
  4. Colocar la mezcla de auyama sobre la base de galleta y llevar a refrigerar por 1 hora. Al momento de servir colocar el resto de la crema batida por encima. Se puede decorar con crema de caramelo líquido y nueces picadas.
