Puré de Papas y Yautía para Acompañar el Pavo

Ingredientes

  • 3 libras de papas
  • 2 libras de yautía blanca
  • 2 libras de yautía amarilla
  • 1 barrita de mantequilla
  • ½ libra de queso crema
  • ½ libra de queso de hoja
  • 1 taza de crema de leche
  • 1 taza de leche entera
  • 1 taza de queso parmesano
  • Sal y pimienta negra al gusto.

Preparación

  1. Pelar las papas y las yautías, cortar en trozos y cocer en una olla con agua y sal, hasta que estén tiernas.
  2. Precalentar el horno a 350ºF y engrasar un molde hondo de 4 litros.
  3. Escurrir el agua a las papas con un colador, llevarlas de nuevo a la olla sin agua y majarlas con un pisapuré a fuego bajo; añadir la mantequilla, queso crema, leche entera, queso parmesano y queso de hoja, y la crema de leche.
  4. Salpimentar y mezclar bien.
  5. Poner el puré en el molde, cubrir con trozos de mantequilla y hornear hasta dorar, de 20 a 30 minutos.
