Ingredientes

  • 2 libras de carne de res cortada en cubos
  • 4 dientes de ajo
  • 2 cucharadas de harina
  • Sal y pimienta
  • 1/2 taza de vino tinto
  • 1 taza de caldo de res
  • 2 ramas de tomillo
  • 1 cebolla cortada en cubos
  • 1 zanahoria cortada en cubos
  • 1/2 taza de hongos rebanados
  • 1 cucharada pimentón

Preparación

  1. Pasamos la carne por la harina previamente mezclada con sal y pimienta.
  2. En una sartén con aceite doramos la carne y reservamos.
  3. En la misma sartén, doramos la cebolla, ajo y hongos.
  4. Cuando la cebolla esté ponchada, la pasamos a una olla y allí mezclamos con la carne.
  5. En la sartén donde sofreímos la carne y la cebolla, vertemos el vino, lo mezclamos bien con los sabores del sofrito y lo incorporamos a la olla de la carne.
  6. Luego agregamos el caldo de res, zanahoria, tomates, pimentón y tomillo.
  7. Dejamos cocer a fuego bajito hasta que la carne esté bien blandita.
