Ingredientes

  • 2 solomillos de cerdo
  • ¼ taza de salsa de soya
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de jerez
  • 1 cucharada de azúcar morena
  • 1 cucharada de miel
  • 1 diente de ajo pelado y triturado
  • ½ cucharada de cinco especias en polvo (cúrcuma, jengibre, canela, malagueta y curry o pimentón) cada una
  • ½ cucharadita de colorante alimentario rojo (opcional)
  • 1 cucharada de aceite
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Limpiar los solomillos y colocar en un recipiente un poco profundo. Reservar.
  2. Mezclar bien todos los demás ingredientes (menos sal y pimienta), verter la mezcla sobre los solomillos y dejar reposar por espacio de 3 horas en el refrigerador. Si lo desea, puede ponerlos a marinar desde la noche anterior.
  3. Untar de aceite un molde refractario, colocar los solomillos, salpimentar por ambos lados y verter por encima la marinada.
  4. Llevar al horno precalentado a 350ºF por unos 35 minutos. De vez en cuando pintar los solomillos con la marinada. No dejar resecar.
