Ingredientes

  • 1 paquete de coliflor cortada solo la flor
  • 2 tazas de harina
  • 6 huevos
  • 1 barra de mantequilla
  • 3 tazas de leche
  • Salvia
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. Ponemos la coliflor picada en una olla a hervir con agua y sal.
  2. Cuando esté blanda, retiramos del agua, escurrimos y reservamos.
  3. Cernimos la harina.
  4. En una sartén calentamos la mantequilla y añadimos la harina poco a poco, moviendo constantemente para que no se formen grumos.
  5. Agregamos la leche poco a poco y mezclamos bien a fuego lento hasta lograr una consistencia espesa.
  6. Trituramos la coliflor y mezclamos con esta salsa.
  7. Añadimos los huevos batidos, la salvia y salpimentamos.
  8. Colocamos en un molde engrasado y enharinado, y llevamos al horno en baño de maría a 180ºC por 1 hora, o hasta que al introducir un cuchillo este salga limpio.
