Ingredientes

  • 2 tazas de harina
  • 2 tazas de azúcar
  • 2 tazas de almendras molidas
  • 1/4 taza de maicena
  • 5 huevos
  • 1 cucharadita de levadura
  • Pizca de sal
  • 1/2 taza de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 taza de leche

Preparación

  1. Tamizamos la harina con sal, levadura y maicena, y reservamos.
  2. En una batidora, batimos mantequilla y azúcar hasta blanquear.
  3. Añadimos los huevos ligeramente batidos de uno en uno.
  4. Vamos agregando la harina lentamente sin dejar de batir, pero bajamos la velocidad.
  5. Vamos alternando mezclando leche y harina, y terminamos con harina y almendras molidas.
  6. Luego amasamos un poco con las manos y repartimos la masa en moldes de muffins engrasados previamente.
  7. Con una brocha untamos con huevo la parte de arriba y horneamos a 160ºC por 30 minutos, o hasta que al pinchar con un cuchillo este salga limpio.
