Ingredientes

  • ½ Taza de azúcar en polvo
  • 1 Barrita mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 Huevo
  • 1 Yema
  • 1 Taza de Harina Blanquita
  • Una pizca sal
  • ½ Cucharadita vainilla
  • ¾ De taza de azúcar blanca
  • ¾ De taza de light syrup Karo
  • 3 Huevos ligeramente batidos
  • 1 Cucharadita de vainilla
  • 1 Pizca de sal
  • ½ Taza de nueces pecanas picadas
  • ½ Taza de nueces picadas
  • 1 Cucharada de licor de preferencia: ron, whisky, amaretto
  • Salsa de caramelo
  • 1 Tazas de azúcar blanca
  • ¼ De taza de agua
  • 1/2 Barra de mantequilla
  • 1/2 Taza de Crema de Leche NESTLE®
  • ¼ De taza de sal

Preparación

  1. Cremar la mantequilla y el azúcar.
  2. Cernir el Harina Blanquita y la sal.
  3. Cuando esté bien cremado, pálido y airoso, agregar el huevo, la yema y la vainilla.
  4. Adicionar el harina con la sal.
  5. No sobre batir.
  6. Dejar reposar envuelta en papel plástico en la nevera por lo menos por 4 horas.
  7. Abrir la masa y colocar en un pirex o molde previamente engrasado con mantequilla.
  8. No pre-cocer.
  9. Precalentar el horno a 350 F.
  10. Preparar el relleno: mezclar todos los ingredientes a mano.
  11. Verter la mezclar sobre la masa y hornear por 30-40 minutos a 350 grados o hasta dorar.
  12. Esperar a que se enfríe para desmoldar.
  13. Opcional: servir con helado.
  14. Procedimiento para la salsa de caramelo.
  15. Hervir el azúcar mojada con el agua.
  16. Aparte, mantener la Crema de Leche NESTLE® a una temperatura templada en una olla sin dejar hervir.
  17. Cuando se obtenga un color ámbar, incorporar la Crema de Leche NESTLE® caliente y la mantequilla.
  18. Mover en el fuego hasta homogenizar la salsa de caramelo.
  19. Dejar refrescar.
