Ingredientes

  • 1 ½ Libra de Tenderloin FROZEN FRESH
  • 2 Cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 3 Cucharadas de reducción balsámica
  • 1 Cucharada de salsa inglesa
  • 2 Cucharaditas de orégano seco
  • 1 Cucharadita de romero seco
  • 1 Cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 2 Cucharaditas de pimienta
  • 1 Cucharadita de sal
  • ½ Cucharadita de hojuelas de pimienta de cayena
  •  

Preparación

  1. Mezclamos el orégano, el romero, el ajo en polvo, la pimienta, la sal y las hojuelas de pimienta de cayena, agregamos la mezcla de las hierbas.
  2. Luego incorporamos la salsa inglesa, la reducción balsámica y por último el aceite de oliva.
  3. Sazonamos el tenderloin con la mezcla y dejamos macerar por unos minutos.
  4. Teniendo nuestra plancha o parrilla bien caliente; llevamos a cocinar el tenderloin al gusto.
  5. Recordar, que las carnes se continúan cociendo aún después de retirar del fuego. Se sugiere retirar del fuego un termino menos del deseado.
  6. Nota: Si quieres facilitarte la vida, hacer menos reguero, y condimentar homogéneamente un trozo de carne, utiliza una bolsa plástica para macerar y amasar las carnes.
