Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de agua
  • 3 tazas de harina
  • 1 taza de chocolate amargo
  • 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 2 1/2 tazas de azúcar
  • 4 huevos
  • 1 1/2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
  • 1 taza de margarina a temperatura ambiente

Preparación

  1. Precalentamos el horno 180ºC.
  2. Engrasamos y enharinamos un molde.
  3. Aparte, en una olla ponemos a hervir la taza de agua, vertemos el cacao y batimos hasta obtener una mezcla suave. Dejar enfriar.
  4. Tamizamos la harina junto al bicarbonato, polvo de hornear y sal.
  5. En otro bowl batimos la margarina y el azúcar hasta obtener una crema suave.
  6. Luego agregamos los huevos de uno en uno, batiendo cada vez que incorporamos uno, y añadimos la vainilla.
  7. Incorporamos esta mezcla con la del cacao y la de la margarina con el azúcar, y llevamos al molde previamente preparado.
  8. Horneamos a una temperatura de 180ºC por 25 o 30 minutos.
  9. Pasado ese tiempo, insertamos un cuchillo y si este sale limpio ya está lista.
