Ingredientes

  • ½ pollo
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • Raíz de jengibre al gusto
  • 1 chile rojo
  • 1 cebolla morada
  • 2 mangos
  • 2 bok choy (espinacas chinas)
  • 3 cucharadas de salsa de soja
  • 3 cucharadas de vinagre
  • 3 cucharadas de azúcar morena
  • 2 cucharadas de almidón de maíz

Preparación

  1. Cortar el pollo en cubos y condimentar con una cucharada de salsa de soja, el ajo picado, una cucharada de vinagre, una cucharada de azúcar morena y una cucharada de almidón de maíz en polvo.
  2. Cortar el bok choy en trozos, el jengibre en julianas, el chile rojo en ruedas y la cebolla en cubos.
  3. Aparte, mezclar en un bol dos cucharadas de azúcar morena, una de almidón de maíz, dos cucharadas de salsa de soja y dos de vinagre. Reservar
  4. En un wok caliente saltear con un poco de aceite el chile y el jengibre, agregar el pollo, luego las verduras y el mango, y por último la salsa.
  5. Rectificar sazón y servir.
  6. Se puede acompañar de un buen bol de arroz blanco.
